Shopping with conniecook.co.uk
All contracts of sale made by conniecook.co.uk shall be deemed to incorporate these Terms and Conditions, which shall prevail over any other terms from the party “the customer” with whom conniecook.co.uk is dealing. Unless agreed otherwise in writing by the seller, cancellation of order by the customer is not accepted as many orders are despatched on the day the order is placed. Once goods have been despatched, orders are subject to our returns policy (see further in this document). All orders are subject to acceptance and to availability of the goods ordered. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order placed by a customer. Furthermore, conniecook.co.uk will not be responsible for compensating the buyer for any other losses they may suffer if goods are not supplied.
All goods supplied by Connie Cook Distributions remain the property of the vendor until such time as they are paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel or not complete any order and provide a full refund to those affected.
This site trades in accordance with the recent EU directives for online trading. Buying items from us is both safe and secure. As most buyers use their credit cards in our online shop, we provide a secure checkout for the encrypted delivery of sensitive customer information such as contact and credit card details. When you place an order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you will receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check availability and contact you with a further email. If the product is available and the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the products purchased. If the product is not available we will also let you know by email.

This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can contact them on the day of delivery to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their warehouse. We cannot stress enough that we advise customers to either be at home to take the delivery or have it sent to an alternative address.
