Once you’ve found what you were looking for on our website, just add it all to your trolley and go through to the checkout process, it’s as simple as that. All you need is a delivery address, a postcode and your payment details ready. Our internet ordering system is open 24hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Furthermore our internet ordering system does not eat, sleep, read the papers or go to the rest room.

At conniecook.co.uk all our products are well packaged and sent via reliable couriers. Orders are processed right away as we aim to dispatch all orders within 24hours of receipt of payment (weekday) and within 48hours on a weekend. Payment must reach us within 7 days. NO item will be dispatched until full payment has been RECEIVED and CLEARED by bank or Pay Pal.

We also accept cheques (5-10 days clearance required) and postal orders. You will be given the address to send your cheque/postal order after you have gone through our “checkout” This method of payment is for UK customers only.

The maximum shipping charge is £5.99 no matter how big your order is and will be sent by a courier (UK mainland only)

Buying items from us is safe and secure. Most buyers use their credit cards in our online shop. There details are stored on the secure 128bit server for us to see, this enables a secure credit card transaction so in order for us to safely and securely process your order using credit card, and the page where you enter your card details is held on a secure server. When this information is sent it is in an encrypted format.
After we have taken payment we delete them from our server… therefore each time you buy from us you will have to submit your payment details again as we have no record of them. As we ensure that shopping online is secure using your credit card / debit card details as they will be encrypted to minimise the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the internet.
Your credit card / debit Card Company may also do security checks to confirm it is you making the order.
We do NOT sell or pass on any of your details to any other third party or source, we are committed to protecting the privacy of our customers using our online services and we use the information you provide only to communicate details of the order and delivery process and to send newsletters, offers and promotions.
We recommend that you always close down your internet browser when you have finished shopping online, especially if you use a shared Pc.
Orders maybe processed online or by telephone using a credit card / debit card. We aim to debit the money from your account within one working day after receiving your order.
All order details and invoices will be sent to the credit card billing address and NOT the delivery address where the named recipient of the order differs.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online, you MUST pay via credit card.
When you place your order online we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. This email confirmation will be produced automatically, so that you have confirmation of your order. The fact that you will receive an automatic confirmation does NOT necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order.
Once we have sent the confirmation email we will then check the availability and contact you with a further email. If the product is available then the details of the order are correct, this email will be deemed an acceptance and will specify delivery details and confirm the price of the product purchased.
If the product is NOT available we will also confirm via email.
Expiry date on payment card
Please ensure that the expiry date of your payment card is after the anticipated despatch date of your order. Payment is to be at the point of despatch for goods and in the event that the payment card has expired we will be unable to take payment and fulfil your order.
Cheque / Postal order
In the UK you may pay by cheque or postal order if you wish. Please make cheques payable to Connie Cook Distributions and remember to include postage. Please also send us a covering letter detailing your order, cheque guarantee card number, guarantee amount, expiry date, contact details and delivery address.
Registering
To register with conniecook.co.uk you must be over 18 years of age. You must ensure that the details provided by you on your registration or at any time are correct and complete.
You must inform us immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when registering, by updating your personal details.
Availability
We try to keep conniecook.co.uk as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular products will always be available. If we cannot supply a product, you will NOT be charged for it and we will refund or re-credit your account with the full amount debited to us.
All offers are available while stocks last and if we are unable to supply a product you have ordered we will notify you as soon as we can. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you the full amount paid.
Whilst we do our best to ensure stocks of our products are available there maybe occasions where broken or damaged stock prevents us from fulfilling an order. In such instance you will be given the choice to wait for new stock to arrive or be given a full refund.

Miscellaneous
For international orders, customs departments will randomly select packages, which they will open and check. Although this does NOT happen often, they will occasionally open interior packaging. We cannot accept responsibility for these occurrences as customs procedures are outside our control.

Products marked “Connie Cook“ are those where Connie Cook Distributions is (or was originally) the sole uk-based internet retailer to stock and supply this product to the UK market.
Price & Payment
While we always try and ensure that all prices are accurate on conniecook.co.uk, errors may rarely occur. If we discover an error in the pricing of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible using the contact details you supply us with. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If an order is cancelled any payment made for the products will be refunded in full.
The price for each product is shown on conniecook.co.uk. All prices include VAT (17.5%) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details, based on the delivery address you specify.
No item will be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared by the bank for this reason electronic means of payment are preferred.
Prices are quoted on connniecook.co.uk in UK pounds, outside the UK your credit card company should exchange the amount charged to the currency of your country at the correct rate but you may use the conniecook “currency converter” to estimate the price in your currency. Please note that the “currency converter” is only a guide and may not accurately reflect current exchange rates. Please note that both charges and refunds are in UK pounds and conniecook.co.uk cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Non EU customers are responsible for Import Duty/Tax in their respective countries. Unfortunately we cannot advise you what these costs will be, please consult your local customs office for more information.
You must pay for your order before it is delivered and you can do so by credit card, debit card, Pay pal, cheque or postal order.
If your delivery address is outside the UK and you order online you must pay by credit card.
Connie Cook Distributions may cancel any sale and not supply products if it is reasonable to do so and may change or discontinue the availability of products at any time at its sole discretion. If an order is cancelled, any payment made for the products will be refunded in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually.
Delivery
Connie Cook Distributions delivers to destinations inside and outside the UK Connie Cook Distributions is a UK based company distributing worldwide, we endeavour to provide the best prices, security and service.
You will be notified of delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details.
If your order is made online but you do not pay by credit card and you order in any other way, please contact us for details of the delivery charges prior to ordering.
We offer a range of delivery services depending on the address we are delivering to for mainland UK addresses we offer standard delivery (1-3 days) and next working day delivery via courier.
Orders are dispatched either by Royal Mail (1st and 2nd class) or by courier. Our couriers require a signature upon delivery and operate between 9am and 5pm on weekdays, so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your order between these hours.
On arrival all goods must be inspected for any signs of damage, should you find any damage please contact us immediately and if there is damage to the goods sign the delivery document as damaged. If you do not have time to inspect properly please sign the document as unchecked.
Please open all boxes or parcels as soon as they arrive, you have 14 days to notify us of any damage, shortages, or incorrect items, if we are not notified of damage, shortages, or incorrect items within this time, you agree to indemnify Connie Cook Distributions in full against any losses we suffer as a result of your failure to notify us within 14 days.
Please Note: for health and safety reasons the driver is only contracted to deliver curb side. Delivery inside a customer’s property is at the driver’s discretion. For large and heavy items please ensure there will be adequate assistance in helping the driver unload.
If no one is available when our couriers call they will leave a “calling card” to let you know they have been. This card will contain your consignment information and contact details for your local depot. You can contact them on the day of delivery to arrange a redelivery of your item or collection from their warehouse. Therefore we advise customers to be either in when they have delivery or have it sent to an alternative address e.g. work relative, neighbour, etc. It is your responsibility to sign for the parcel and if you do not meet these terms it will result in the parcel being returned to ourselves resulting in a redelivery charge which will be payable by the customer.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on conniecook.co.uk but will NOT be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Tracking numbers are also available for every parcel sent through our courier. If you would like this please email us.
If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time which we quote, please contact us by telephone or email and we will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible or if you cancel your order we will refund the money which you have paid. Please note that while items sent via royal mail usually arrive within 1-3 working days, royal mail stipulate that only items still not delivered after 15 working days can be officially classified as lost.
