Opening Times
Our internet ordering system is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Furthermore, our ordering system does not eat, fall asleep, read the papers or go to the restroom.
The internet customer service team are usually available during the following times:

Delivery
Orders can only be placed from and delivered to U.K Mainland and Northern Ireland addresses. Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
If this is your first order we will only deliver to the billing address. This is to protect our customers against fraud. Subsequent orders can be delivered to an alternative address.
Please note: Due to the higher costs of face to face transactions, we are NOT open to customer visits/collections. Connie Cook is purely a mail order operation so we do NOT publish printed catalogues. The website acts as our catalogue and ordering system.
